I'm Eric if you didn't know. And um.. I don't know what to say.
I guess I'll say what Imma try to do with this blog.

I'm going to voice my opinion on stuff. Whether it be toys, music, games, personal life, whatever. Or post cool art (mine or otherwise) and anything else that arouses my interest.

So yeah... That's about it.

The MUNNY Blog

So my birthday is in a couple of weeks (December 8! **hint hint**) and my brother got me my present early. Good thing too, because they sell out pretty quick!

Munny's are "The World's Greatest DIY Toy". Well I don't know about that. I mean it is great, but I can't say the greatest, as I've yet to see other DIY toys. But either way I love it! It's awesome. But I'm not sure if I'm going to actually paint him or not. Either way though.

Munny's as I said are a DIY Designer Vinyl Toy. If you don't know what a designer toy is, I'll explain later. He's about 7" tall (" are inches right?) and he's produced by Kidrobot (a leading designer toy company.) He comes with four random accessories. I got Goggles, A pirate sword, a cape, and a beer mug thing. He's GID (Glow In The Dark). And covered in manufacturing greases, which is kinda gross but easily fixed. Well that's all I can really say about him... so on to the explanation!

So for those who don't know (and those who do know, CHECK FOR MISTAKES!) Designer Vinyl Toys are toys that are designed by artists (for the most part Graphic Designers) that are produced in limited quantities and are highly collectible. Some are extremely expensive and highly sought after(Huck Skullhead Chase Dunny) and some are just nasty failures at life(Kidrobot Peecols). But of course, to all their own. Some people might LOVE the Peecols, but some hate them. It's all about opinion so don't be down if someone hates what you like. Err Either way! They are usually sold as the figures themselves, or blind boxed. Which means you won't know which design of the series you'll get! It's pretty exciting sometimes. You could end up with the crappy one that everyone gets or you could end up with A CHASE FIGURE. Chases are super rare figures and are... hehe "chased" after. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH **cough** On blind boxes they usually aren't listed as part of the series at all. So if you open a blind box and don't get a design that's pictured on the side of the box then Congratulations! I hate you! Some of the popular toys are Dunnys (Munnies with a bunny head), Nanospores, Qees, Be@rbricks, Finders Keepers, Kaws, Treeson, Fatcaps (Dunnys with a spray can for a head), Rolitoland Minis, and many more.
